(1)avoid accepting to pollute heavier and outside air environment possibly.Because the nose swallows a department is the only route that the outside air gets into a lung department, violate to swallow a department in the nose first before harmful air get into lung department.
(2)quit smoke, wine.
(3)the structure of the attention food, don't partial eclipse, eat vegetable, and fruit...etc. more to imply a great deal of food of vitamin.Little etc. for eating or doing not eat salty fish, pickle meat.
